 A message from our CEO:

 Two and a half years have passed since the debut of the iPad. Since
then tablets have become increasingly popular, and hundreds of thousands
of tablet specific applications have been created.

 Now, along with Google’s accelerating development of the android OS,
devices are appearing from hardware manufacturers that previously focused
on the smartphone market. Many sizes of device have been created to suit
the varied lifestyles and needs of their consumers. Add to this Microsoft’s
announcement that Windows 8 will provide a handwriting input mode in
addition to traditional desktop mode, and we can see that the world is
changing rapidly to the touch-tablet evolution. The need to write on
tablet devices as easily as paper is already a mainstream requirement.

 After our first mobile application named 7notes launched last year, we
(MetaMoJi) began development of a new application that would allow users
to create documents that can combine handwriting, sketching, images, web
content, and digital text.

The key concepts of this new application were:

 - Replace the need for paper, notebooks, and pens

 - Deliver a complete set of features within a single product, designed
for a global market

 - Allow future extendibility through using an add-on enabled architecture

 - Make its basic use Free of Charge to enable more users to benefit
from their tablets

 - Be available for tablets and smart phones on a wide range of platforms
- iOS, Android , and Windows.

 Our teams in Japan, Europe, and North America have worked hard to
achieve this product vision, and feel that it is now ready to be made
available to tablet users.

 The mission statement behind the products’ key concepts was to create a
note taking application that could be used by anyone, anywhere,
anytime.We have therefore decided to name this new application “Note
Anytime”

 I sincerely hope that “Note Anytime” meets the varied requirements of
tablet users and is adopted globally as a shining example of how digital
note taking can be a great experience. We look forward to sharing that
experience with the world!
