MetaMoJi Enhances Linkage between Dental eNote, a Digital Notebook for Dental Clinics, and Various In-Hospital Systems

~ As a first step, MetaMoJi has started collaboration with Genisys’ dental reservation system “DentNet” to realize smooth operations for appointments and treatment planning.
As a first step, MetaMoJi will begin considering collaboration with Genisys’ dental appointment system “DentNet” in order to achieve smooth operations for appointments and treatment planning.
(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kazunobu Ukikawa) announces that it will enhance the linkage function of MetaMoJi Dental eNote, a digital notebook for dental clinics, with various hospital systems such as receipt computers, electronic medical records, and reservation systems. This linkage will enable smooth operation of a series of clinic operations, from reservations to planning, treatment, and maintenance, and will create an environment in which patient information essential to clinic operations can be managed with peace of mind, no matter what in-office system is introduced.

First, we are considering linking with the dental reservation system “DentNet,” and have started discussions with Genisys, Inc. (headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Yasuyoshi Watanabe), the developer and distributor, for implementation. The function is scheduled to be available in the first quarter of 2023. In addition, we plan to disclose specifications for the linked functions in the future. This will allow implementation of the linkage function in various hospital systems and enable linkage with “MetaMoJi Dental eNote”.

MetaMoJi Dental eNote” is a digital notebook application that digitizes the paper sub-chart in dental clinics and allows users to freely handwrite in the same way as with pen and paper. Since entries can be written simultaneously in all areas of the clinic, including the treatment room, counseling room, backyard, and reception area, there is no need to go back and forth between each room, and entries can be shared in real time.
Dental clinics use a variety of in-office systems to perform medical operations, such as receipt computers for preparing receipts (medical fee statements), electronic medical records, and appointment systems, but each system exists separately, making access to information time-consuming and labor-intensive. In response to strong requests from our client dental clinics and inquiries from various vendors, we have started to implement a function to link “MetaMoJi Dental eNote” with various systems. In response to strong demand from our customers and inquiries from various vendors, we have decided to begin implementing functions to link MetaMoJi Dental eNote with various systems.

MetaMoJi will continue to contribute to the IT of the dental industry by enhancing the functionality of “MetaMoJi Dental eNote”.
