In the field, it has been difficult to carry and operate a personal computer, and IT has been slow to take hold until now. GEMBA Note” is an application that will be the trump card for IT at worksites, combining MetaMoJi’s accumulated application know-how for mobile terminals. Developed from the viewpoint of the field, the iOS version has been available since May 2016 as an easy-to-use application that meets the needs of a wide variety of workplaces.
GEMBA Note” improves individual productivity by allowing workers to create reports and forms onsite, which previously had to be done back at the office, and also allows teams to be more productive with the ability to share information and write text, handwritten text, photos, etc. together using the real-time propagation technology “Share”. The “Share” real-time propagation technology allows for collaborative writing of text, handwritten text, photos, etc., and information sharing functions, which will greatly contribute to team productivity improvement.
In addition to the iOS version, the Windows version will enable continuity with report and form preparation work in the office before and after returning to the field, as well as real-time communication with full-time office staff, thereby supporting improved field productivity and work style reform. This will support productivity improvement and work style reform in the field.
MetaMoJi will continue to develop new applications and solutions that contribute to the IT-enabled workplace.
